There is no art charge when "Camera ready" artwork is supplied.

Requirements: Vector or high-resolution images, accessible by Adobe Illustrator in "AI" or "EPS" formats. Camera ready means to size, and no halftones. Orders submitted without camera-ready art will be charged at our cost of USD80.00 net per hour or fraction thereof.

Minimum art charge is USD25.00 net.

Minimum typesetting charge is USD25.00 net.

Important Note: often art is submitted that looks camera ready but must be "fixed" to print properly. Normal art charges will apply.

Preproduction/Spec Samples:

Cost of normal setup, screen or die plus cost of item at end column, plus shipping charges. Allow normal delivery, once approved, written authorization to proceed with production must be submitted to factory.

Note: A reorder set up charge will apply.

Paper Proofs:

USD15.00 (x).Camera-ready art must accompany order.

Virtual Proofs:

Camera-ready art on existing Premium4you line USD20.00-allow 24 hours.

Virtual proofs on modified/custom product or without camera-ready art will be subject to Art Charges-Allow 48 hours.

Insertion Charges:

Pricing TBD upon receipt of specification. An average insertion is USD300.00/order.

Split Destination Shipments:

Add USD180.00 for each additional destination, plus appropriate shipping charges.

Shipping:

Normal shipping by sea, by air, by express or truck.

Rush orders: Next day air must be authorized to meet in-hand requirement date.

Terms:

General Terms: Net 30 days after payment approval.

Changes To Orders:

All changes to existing orders must be made in writing and submitted to factory.

Sample Orders:

Samples will be subjected to end quantity accompany order. Pricing plus Freight (see return policy).

Cancellations: All orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled unless written authorization is received. There is a $25.00 cancellation charge for all canceled orders plus all costs incurred to date.

Payment:

Initial orders from first-time customers must be prepaid before they are processed (includes samples and blank orders). To expedite you, we accept T/T and Western Union for deposits and advance payments.

Returned Merchandise:

Imprinted Orders:

Claims must submitted within 45 days.

Must call factory for approval and details.

Sample Orders:

Invoice # must accompany order. USD5.00 restocking plus original freight charge will apply. Must be in resalable condition.

Blanks:

10% restocking fee per order, plus original freight. Must be in resalable condition. No returns or claims will be authorized after 30 daysfrom ship date.
